The North Salem Historical Society runs the White Elephant museum located on Keeler Lane, holds special events throughout the year, and publishes newsletters about various aspects of North Salem's History.

RESEARCHING YOUR HOUSE Join Chris Brockmeyer and a panel of experts in the fields of historical research will tell you how to trace deeds, research historical newspapers, identify period architectural features and other not-so-obvious clues to help you unravel the history of your home.

SMALL TOWN LIFE This year marks the 120th Anniversary of the Blizzard of '88. The Blizzard was one memorable scene in the 1988 Bicentenial production of Small Town Life. Join us for a showing and all the popcorn you can eat!

STRAWBERRY FESTIVAL What better way to spend Father's Day. Bring the kids to see our Antique Toy Displays and the North Salem 4-H's animals. Save room for our delicious home-made strawberry shortcake supreme!
